About Me

Hello and welcome to Arty Artisans! 

I'm Kim (Mrs Hutchinson) the creative behind Arty Artisans.

 

As a mum of three and a qualified art teacher since 2009, I started this journey to share my passion for art with others and strive to make art accessible for everyone.

 

I believe in fostering a relaxed and nurturing environment where my students can grow in confidence and creativity, all while exploring their own artistic interests.

I am a dedicated art educator with a PGCE in Art and Design from the Institute Education in London, complemented by a BA (Honours) Degree in Spatial Design from the University of Falmouth With extensive experience as a Head of Art & Design, have honed my skills in teaching and learning leadership, art examinations, and my solid knowledge of various exam boards, including Edexcel, BTEC, AQA, OCR, and IGCSE, ensures that I provide comprehensive support to my students as a private tutor and adviser.

 

I am passionate about inspiring creativity and fostering a love for the arts in my students.
